ABOUT ME
My name is Rachael Joyce
I am a Singer, Actor,
and Social Media Content Creator
Born on the southwest side of Chicago I was exposed to wonderful theater and art from birth. At a very young age I was a total ham, always singing and making people laugh. I soon began to train professionally in both acting and singing, which lead me to joining the Chicago Children's Choir and performing in multiple productions at The Lyric Opera of Chicago. This began a lifelong passion to pursue the arts.
Throughout High School I kept very busy in many in school and extracurricular actives such as choirs, the school Speech and Debate Team (State Qualifier) and of course the Porter Players Drama Club.
After High School I attended AMDA, College and Conservatory of the Performing Arts in Los Angeles where I received a BFA in Musical Theatre with Honors
I now live in Brooklyn, New York where I continue my studies with weekly voice lessons, improv classes, puppeteering classes, and scene study.
I am also the co-creator of the social media brand, The Theater Lovers, with my real-life partner Will Anderson, We are theater content creators currently focused on Instagram and TikTok. Our most recent triumph was providing additional creative content to Ratatouille: The TikTok Musical.
